The project increased the dam's capacity and improved accessibility by redesigning the entry points. This enhancement not only facilitated easier access for maintenance and emergency services but also ensured a more efficient flow of water, contributing to better management of reservoir levels during peak usage.

The City of El Paso sought to connect fragmented bike routes across the city, completing its comprehensive Bikeway Plan. The third phase of the project included a redesign of the entry for a roundabout at Pebble Hills, improving accessibility and traffic flow for cyclists and drivers alike.

The Yarbrough project included rehabilitation efforts and aesthetic improvements, with the addition of street lighting as part of the construction plans.

Civil engineering design for a rest area off of I-1o constructed where there was no previous break.

This project prompted GRV to prepare improvement drawings for a 12-acre development. The improvements consisted of a new 8" waterline (wet tap to an existing 48" steel waterline), an 8" sewer line, new retention ponding area, storm sewer systems, new 24' access roadway, three new concrete driveways connecting to state roads, new fourth leg of the existing traffic signal, grading, sidewalk and curb and gutter.

Grading and drainage plans to include new retention ponding areas, new retaining wall, new parking areas and striping, driveway for a renovated auto dealer ship. The back of the existing building had flooding and this was corrected by the new grading provided for the site.
