In 2013, Co-founders Maria and Marvin established GRV Integrated Engineering Solutions LLC, eager to leverage their extensive experience in a thriving new venture. Maria, with 21 years of active duty as a military intelligence officer, brought exceptional leadership and project management skills gained from her service across the United States, the Middle East, Europe, and Korea. Marvin contributed his extensive knowledge from working on diverse civil engineering projects with the City of El Paso, the TX Department of Transportation, and various local civil engineering and construction firms. Juanita added her background in administrative leadership, planning and oversight of operations, providing critical insights and organization acumen.
