The traffic impact analysis assessed a 1.067-acre commercial development's effects on nearby roadways within a half-mile radius, focusing on Rich Beem Boulevard from Roberto Nuñez Lane to Tierra Alyssa Drive. Based on a May 12, 2022 meeting with the City of El Paso, the analysis assumed mixed commercial use. The proposed development included a truck stop with 4 pumps and a convenience market north of the existing Circle K, which has 7 pumps and a convenience store.

This highway widening project had GRV conduct a full topographical survey and data collection over an approximate one-mile section for Presidio County, which is about 250 miles from El Paso, Tx.

For the Americas Traffic project Prepare a traffic impact study and report for an industrial area adjacent to the international port of entry. Collected traffic data for three interchanges along the State Loop 375 roadway to include traffic going southbound to Mexico and traffic coming northbound to the U.S.A. The traffic analysis included developing the existing traffic models for the interchanges for the no-build and build conditions.
